Our 9-step hiring process includes background checks (Social Security traces, criminal checks, DMV checks, reference checks) and a comprehensive assessment of personality, behavioral and cognitive aptitudes

As a member, we have access to recognized experts in the field of home care, as well as the most current educational resources, which enables us to provide the highest quality of care to our clients 
  • Secure, personalized and interactive website allowing clients and family to monitor Care Plans and Caregiver activity and the ability to provide real-time feedback to owners and caregivers 
  • Independently and Locally owned and operated. This allows you to contact us directly and promptly, without calling an 800 number. All decisions and interactions are made locally, by the owners 
  • Free, in-home initial assessments and quarterly RN supervisor visits

  • All caregivers are Bonded and Insured

Perpetual Home Care is the only home care agency in the Triangle to be certified through Caregiver Quality Assurance. This is a national certification which applies a 9 step hiring process that assesses personality, behavioral, and cognitive traits of our caregivers.
