We hire only experienced, State certified C.N.A.'s, that can demonstrate the ability to provide quality, compassionate and respectful care to our clients.  One year experience in Home Care or an Independent or Assisted living type environment required.

• Valid Drivers License or Photo Id (Government issued or Student ID)
• Current TB test
• C.N.A. certification
• Social Security Card or Work Visa
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Professional References

Perpetual Home Care conducts background checks, which include criminal, social security trace, and DMV driving record checks.

We also require that each applicant successfully pass our CQA (Caregiver Quality Assurance) pre-employment assessment. This assessment will determine an applicants personality, behavioral and cognitive aptitudes, to ensure we have the best caregivers in the Triangle.
