We perform confidential initial assessments, where we develop a personalized, collaborative Plan of Care with the guidance of our clients and/or family members.

Our companions make their lives easier by performing many of the tasks which have become difficult and tiring. We are licensed, bonded and insured to ensure the highest level of comfort to you and your loved ones. In addition to the basic background checks, which include DMV, Social Security Traces and criminal checks, we perform a CQA assessment on each caregiver we hire.

At Perpetual Home Care our Companions will provide you with the following services:
